Meeting Chanda in her home at the ethical elephant sanctuary in Jaipur was the top of my bucket list. This experience is one I reflect on frequently and remember her huge, all-knowing eyes. The moon journey refers to the beautiful full Strawberry moon we experienced in June in Mussoorie, India. Chanda also means moon.
